1. Who we are

RoninWallet.app (“the Site”, “we”) is an independent informational website about the Ronin ecosystem. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sky Mavis, Ronin Network, Axie Infinity or the official Ronin Wallet product. The official wallet is distributed exclusively through wallet.roninchain.com. We do not custody assets, process transactions or operate any wallet software.

2. Informational purpose — no advice

All content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and you can lose your entire balance. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.

3. Accuracy of information

We check product facts against official Ronin resources and mark each guide with a “last updated” date, but software, fees and policies change without notice. Information may become outdated or contain errors, and is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The official documentation always prevails over our descriptions.

4. Your responsibility for self-custody

Non-custodial wallets place full responsibility on the user. You alone are responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase, private keys, passwords and devices. We never ask for them, and we cannot restore access or recover funds under any circumstances. Any action you take based on material from the Site is taken at your own risk.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some links and buttons on the Site lead to third-party services and are affiliate links marked with nofollow. If you register or transact through them, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Third-party services operate under their own terms and we are not responsible for their content, availability or actions.

6. Intellectual property

The editorial content of the Site (texts, structure, original graphics) belongs to RoninWallet.app and may not be republished without permission. “Ronin”, “Ronin Wallet”, “Axie Infinity”, related logos and product screenshots are trademarks and property of their respective owners, used here solely for identification, commentary and educational purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoninWallet.app and its authors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including loss of funds, data or profits — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party service linked from it.
