What we cannot help with
We are not Ronin Wallet support. We cannot recover seed phrases, unlock wallets, reverse transactions or investigate stolen funds — technically, nobody can do this for a non-custodial wallet. For issues with the official product, use the support channels listed on wallet.roninchain.com. And remember: anyone who contacts you first and asks for your seed phrase is a scammer, no exceptions.
Before you write
- Check the wallet creation guide and login & recovery guide — most “I lost access” questions are answered there.
- Never include your seed phrase, private keys or passwords in an email — we will never ask for them and we delete such messages on sight.
- For factual disputes, include a link to the official source you are referencing.
